• The Scottish Salsa Congress

    SalsaSuave is proud to present the 2013 congress - a congress by a dancer for the dancer.

    2013 is set to be even bigger and best Scottish congress yet. Over 80 Hours of workshops, shows and parties will be squeezed into 3 days and nights.

    The 4th Scottish Salsa Congress will be held on the 11th of January to the 14th January 2013.

  • The venue

    The 2013 Congress venue is the Hilton Edinburgh Grosvenor Hotel which is ideally located in the West end of Edinburgh City Centre. The hotel is part of a beautiful 1860s listed building, and has been recently renovated to provide all the amenities expected from high class modern accommodation. The hotel has excellent bus links and is only a few minutes walk from Edinburgh Haymarket train station.

So, what is the Scottish Salsa Congress?

Where do we start...........it's a mind-blowing combination of world class teachers, incredible professional performances and the biggest and best salsa party the UK has ever seen!


If you have been to any one of our previous congresses we don't need to tell you what an amazing weekend this will be, but for those of you who have never been to a congress before just imagine excellent teachers travelling from all corners of the globe to teach you, imagine having the chance to try out lots of different styles of salsa dancing, imagine taking your dancing to exciting new levels in a matter of hours, and then putting all that into practice in the evening with a party like no other party you have ever seen. It's not to be missed.
